Shipment Processing Time

How long does it take for order/s to be processed?

Orders are not processed shipped or delivered on Weekends and Holidays.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please note that any delay on the courier's side is beyond our control.

Will I get a tracking #?

An email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been processed/dispatched. You may track your order through the following links:

For International orders:

All international orders will be shipped out via DHL Express or Fedex. Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches destination.

Sundae Swimwear cannot be held responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your purchase. Duties, taxes, and/or other fees applied will be the responsibility of the buyer. To gain more information about the duties and taxes, please contact your local customs offices.

Returns 

What is the Return or Exchange Policy?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges for online orders. If you need help with sizing please email info@wearsundae.com . 

No exchanges for swimwear purchased from our partner stores and resellers.
